And I mean very simple. Stuff that takes 5minutes tops to throw together. It doesn't even really have to be a recipe.

Extra lean ground beef+Tomato sauce. You can add veggies and brown rice to if you want.

Milk + Splenda + Brown Rice + Cinnamon. This tasted so good and its very simple. Has a good amount of carbs and protein from the milk. I enjoy for breakfast and sometimes pre-workout.

Sugar free pudding + Protein. Vanilla pudding and chocolate protein are my fav.

Splenda + Cottage cheese.

Damn... I actually trained myself to like eggs by making omelettes like this. I'd put loads of different things in them, meat, tinned fish, spices, veggies and then gradually increase the number of eggs and reduce the other ingredients until I liked them. I still make that recipe above though cos it's cheap, fast and nutritious.

Damn... I actually trained myself to like eggs by making omelettes.

I did that but it was a bit different, i hate fried eggs and i cannot stomach more than 2 boiled eggs or scrambled for that matter.

I like to do 4 eggs, boil them, put them in a big mug with a bit of butter and a crack of salt, mix it all up with a fork and chow.

Sounds odd i know but i dont think im alone in the not liking some forms of egg camp ;)

It took me quite a while. I was convinced I didn't like eggs up until the age of 22. Omelettes with lots of other ingredients, Spanish tortillas and egg fried rice were my tickets in. Spanish omelettes are amazing but take some time to cook because of the potatoes. Good with toasted cumin seeds. That reminds me;

Heat oil in pan, add left over rice + 2-3 eggs (+optional veggies) + soy sauce.

Instant egg fried rice. Whenever I make a stir-fry I deliberately make too much rice, then have this for breakfast the next day. Great way to start the day.

Ingrediants:
1/2 lb of shrimp
1/2 box of bow tie pasta
some spinach
Franks
something spicy
oil
salt

Boil Pasta -

1. While boiling pasta, cook only the shrimp in a hot frying pan - not with oil or butter to keep color and size. Once done, put aside.

2. Cook spinach in the pan, add a tiny bit of water to help cook. Once done,l set aside.

3. After pasta is done, strain pasta -

In a large frying pan, add oils, some butter, maybe some garlic, put a even coating of salt over the top of the oil, add some red pepper and a few splashes of franks. ONLY SOME FRANKS NOT THE ENTIRE BOTTLE. Let heat for 2 minutes, add in pasta, shrimp, and spinach - heat for an additional few minutes.

Very simple pasta and oil dish with shrimp and spinach. I made this last night and it was awesome.

Hot dogs.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Frank's Red Hot Sauce

corned beef quiche.
take 2 cans corned beef and slice up, use the beef to totally line a dish instead of pastry.
fill inside with a mix of 5-7 beaten eggs dependant on size and a half cup of milk, add whatever else you fancy, cheese, bacon and onions are awsome.

bake in a hot oven for 30 mins and eat.

great for meals at work where you want 50-60 grames of protien in a small slice of food

Heh, if something takes 5 minutes to throw together it's like a Christmas dinner for me. I like to have it made and eaten in 5-10 minutes or less.

One thing I like is Oscar Myers Turkey slices, the lean ones that say 98% fat free or something. I use 2 slices of Nature's Own whole grain bread, the one with 14g of whole grain per slice, French's mustard, Frank's Original Hot Sauce, Onions, and black pepper. Basically I just layer 3 slices of the turkey with mustard and black pepper on each layer, and in the middle a small puddle of Frank's Hot Sauce and more black pepper, then a good smattering of onions everywhere.

That's around 185 calories and 23g of protein, for like 30-40 cents? To me it tastes very good and no matter what kind of meat I use the flavors of the mustard and hotsauce are too strong to notice the leanness of it. I'm always trying to mix in some different condiments for other tastes but this is the best I've found so far. As long as the condiment has little or no calories, I couldn't care less about sodium since I drink a gallon or more of water a day, but that might be a problem for others I guess...

Chicken Breast Supreme

Put chicken breast in a baking dish, cover with salsa and spices, cook until done. Cover with cheese. This recipe is simple and a good twist on just regular chicken breast.

-Take a whole red pepper and cut around the stem in order to take it out along with most of the seeds.
-Make a quick tuna salad. I just use tuna, mayo, lemon pepper, and sometimes onions.
-Stuff the tuna salad in the pepper

I make these before I go to work and have them for lunch. It's a great twist on the classic tuna salad sandwich.
