Background info: 41/hispanic/male I'm skinny fat male currently today 164.5 # at 21 % bf. I started a diet to lose weight a few months ago when my work pants were to tight. My heaviest weight was 173 and dropped down to 162 (2 days ago). Diet this weekend was bad drank beer at the fish fry Saturday night. Sunday was a burger for lunch and one for dinner.

Goal: To lose BF first then try to add some size while keeping BF down. Yes I understand gaining size and keeping BF down is almost impossible. I'm going to TRY a very SLOW bulk if and when I get there.

Problem areas: Motivation and diet. Working 2nd shift I have a hard time eating. I can go all day with only one meal.

Today I started a circuit training work out I found in MH mag. Will try this routine for 3x weeks with walks and abs on off days. I noticed my legs are my weakest body part. Sitting on my ass all day at work I can understand why they are week. I will try to post diet info daily.

rest day but went for a 30 minute walk. Legs still very sore from yesterdays work.

2 attempt at this circuit training.

I managed two cycles in 30 minutes. Was winded and legs were real tight. I need some kettlebells or hex DB. It was a very good workout.

diet was lacking calaries and protein. will adjust tomorrow

rest day....legs still sore but not as bad

164.5 lb @ 21%

diet was missing calories and protien, had to throw in a shake to cover some of the void. Protien still lower than it should be. I need find a food high in protien. Might have to eat some cans of tuna or chicken

Child was home sick today so I was unable to get a good workout. Managed 1 cycle in my circuit followed by some bench and db press.

165 lb @ 21% BF weight has has gone up 1 lb. I think maybe to many calories. I had less today and will keep it a bit lower to see what change in wieght/bf.

Weekend killed me ....diet was worrible....Saturday lunch por roast and tators....dinner Mexican Plate with sweet tea.....Kick Ass with a bottle of wine....

Sunday breakfast egg mcmuffin....lunch crosaint sandwich turkey and bacon....dinner was better turkey calzones....

Saturday 164 lbs @ 21 % bf
Sunday 165 lbs @ 21 %bf

Weekend caught up to me during my work. I had no drive at all. Managed 1 1/2 of my circuit work out, still took over 30 minutes to complete.

165.5 lbs at 21 % bf my weight is going up but my BF has stayed the same. not sure if this is a good thing.

Been busy at work and at home. Diet has been hit and miss with weekend being my problem.

164 lbs @ 20% bf weight has been up and down 1 lbs which is good....

work outs have been lagging....managed a walk tonight....will hit my circuit workout tomorrow.....
