So I weigh about 205lbs. 5,9 And I wanna get myself down to 175lbs or lower and at the moment i'm taking lipo 6 pills to try and help out my weightloss.
My diet consists of:
Breakfast:
3 eggs cooked over medium
Fruit: strawberrys grapes pineapple
After breakfast:
48 grams of protein: Muroplex eas
Lunch:
Half to a whole boneless chicken breaks with lemon juice and lemon pepper
Greenbeans in soy sauce and lemon juice
(yes i love lemon juice :\ )
After lunch:
48 grams of protein: Muroplex eas
Dinner:
1 talopia with greenbeans in soy sauce and lemon juice
And sometimes maybe
After dinner:
48 grams of protein: Muroplex eas
And i just started today kinda messed up for dinner but starting right tomorrow.
Any tips?
My workout routine is:
Monday:
Chest:
incline press
db bench press
db flyes
cable crossovers
Triceps:
rope pulldowns
skull crushers
dip machine
Tuesday:
Shoulders:
arnold shoulder db press
shoulder bb press
Traps:
db shrugs
free weight shrug machine
Wednesday:
Back:
Back rows
Backward fly machine
Pulldown rows
Bicep:
Burnouts starting from 30 or 35 down to 10 and back up
BB Bicep curls
Single arm db curls
Thursday:
Legs:
Leg Press
Single Leg Curls
Leg Extensions
Calves:
Single Calve Raises
Calve Press
Some of the stuff I Listen really couldn't think of names but I know what I'm doing heh.
But if you have any tips on anything to help out on losing weight faster and getting bigger would be great.
