I agree, you have some massive legs. Looks like you need to catch your upper body up to them a tad. Unlike 98% of the lifting population.

Ummmm.. Doesn't the op mean he did a cut and didn't like the results so he put some weight back on?

LOL, yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

I agree with everyone that your legs are monstrous compared to the rest of your body, but you could definitely afford to decrease your body fat further if you wanted to. In the 200 lb pic, I'd say ~14% BF.

I took skinny to mean considerably less bodyweight and less body fat like 175 or something...he could cut back down to 200 and still look beastly

Someone said 14% for the first pic. I was thinking right around 15%, so around there maybe. 20% in the bottom ones? You'll need to get measured to know for sure.

Is chest development important to Olympic lifting?

You look massive in the 218 pictures. Better than the leaner 200 for sure.

I had originally planned on heading down to 187 for the 85kg class. But... 200 was not a good weight for me at all. I kept getting knocked out by heavy cleans and front squats and just felt weak and miserable. Putting the weight back on was like regaining a part of my soul. I just feel healthier,

I've added a bodybuilding split to my regular training. Hitting upper back delts and tris hard with lots of volume 1-2x a week on top of regular Oly training.

Thanks guys. and good to hear that from you RBB.

I am planning on continuing to bulk to 230 before I head back down to 205. Keeping the diet clean, lot's of calories, and gaining steady. I look like a completely different person to when I was 218 during my cut in March. I'm hoping to look quite scary at 230 and if all works out well, I should be able to sit at 205-210 and lift in the 94kg class.

I learnt a lot about what to do, and what not to do in a cut from getting to 234 to 200 in the first pic, I expect the next cut to be much smoother/less depressing.
