Do you have any idea how Malanichev sets up his training? Can he support himself from his powerlifting success in Russia?

I just mean if you know how Malanichev train, what his program looks like?

Yes, I know him and know something about his training. I will write briefly. Malanichev makes only three exercises, squat, bench press and deadlift. At the end of each training session he was doing press on an incline bench with a disc of 25 kg (55 lb). All exercises performs classical and only deadlift sometimes does with chains or from the pit. It is a curious fact that Andrew Malanichev in the squat at first comes to 400kg (883 lb) in medicine warps. The following exercises it teeter hard. In short it all.

P.S. Many thanks to google for the translation. ))

I figured your native language was russian. Don't want to get off topic, but if you know of any russian Sheiko sites, I'm always look to learn more on that style of training, and I'd just put it in the translator. Thanks and thanks for this site!

Unfortunately, there is no Russian-language site, dedicated Sheiko trainings. Russian athletes know it by heart, and changed for himself. Individually.
We have the idea to make a film about the method Sheiko. Naturally, starring with the author of this methodology.

To start he's squatted 470kg twice with IPF rules(without the drug test). He's totaled 1170kg in IPF gear twice also and he's deadlifted over 400kg a number of times. Has pulled 903lbs for example and just missed 420kg in a very strictly judged lift. Benched 300 kg in IPF gear and rules. He simply is one of the strongest there is and he has won(highest total wins, no weightclasses) the Cup of Titans(over 40k in price money) three years in a row. He's done this at bodyweight of just over 130kg. I think he's pretty noteworthy. Do you agree?

Also noteworthy -

RPF President Gennadiy Khodosevich has announced that Russian superstars Andrey Malanichev, Andrey Belyaev, and Nikolai Suslov failed doping tests administered at the RPF Cup of Titans on May 24 and are suspended for life from the federation.

that was from 2009

To his credit, he did mention that it was without the drug test. He was just pointing out that it was to IPF's strict rules. Let's not start a debate on whether the guy is noteworthy or not.
