This contest is going to be at the Europa Fitness Expo; in conjunction with Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure, Powerlifting, Grapping, Arm Wrestling, and other events.

Friday 5PM – 8PM and Saturday 11Am – 4PM

HW Open; LW Open; LW Pro’s

Awards:
First place finisher in both classes will receive trophy and Pro Card as well as invite to the Amateur World Championships at the Arnold 2011

Day 1 Events:

1. Log Clean and Press – Clean Each Rep 60 secs
HW-320#; LW-290#

2. Car Deadlift for reps (side handle) 60 seconds (straps allowed)
About 650# LW; 700# HW

Day 2 Events:

1. Yoke Walk- 80’- 60 secs
HW- 950#; LW- 790#

2. Death Press Medley: (75) seconds – any order (log, axle, keg)
- Block 275-HW; 250-LW
- Log: 340-HW; LW-320
- Axle: 330-HW; LW-310
- Giant Dumb bell: 185-HW; LW- 150

3. Sled drag medley: 75 secs
carry farmers (355-HW; 315-LW) for 50’ then Drag sled 50’ (850-HW; 750-LW)

4. Atlas Stones load: (60) seconds –54” platform for HW- 50” platform for LW
LW & HW- 300, 330, 360, 390, 410

I will be competing. The weights for this contest are about the same as Arizona and Connecticut; a couple events are heavier and a couple of them are a little lighter.
