Hi, new to the forum and just want to ask people who dont know me this question.

I've had my body fat taken 3 times by a trainer. Once when I started to diet (12 weeks ago) it said I was at %10.7, once 5 weeks ago said I was 8.7% and once today when it said I was %8. They all were taken using the 3 point caliper method from the chest, abdomen and thigh.

I don't feel I look %8... but the trainer says the test it pretty accruate, what do you think I'm at?

thanks, and sorry if the pics are ****ty.

P.S. some info if it helps.... I'm 6'1 about 210 in the pics. Not flexing.

3 point caliper would be a better gauge than the quality of picture youve provided.

Definitely sub 10% and likely in the 8-9% range based on all the pics Ive seen and my experience with my bodpod tests.

There are so many variables that determine what a person looks like at a given weight and body fat percentage that it's highly unlikely two people with the same weight and body fat percentage will look the same. In fact, they may look drastically different due to frame, body type, fat distribution, limb length, development and balance of development in the upper/lower body, etc.

You could be 8% for sure, but you aren't a bodybuilder from the 50's or 60's. :)
