Hello guys, I have come a long way from losing more than 100 lbs and now am wanting to gain muscle mass, the thing is I apparently lost too much too fast and am not comfortable with the way I look, I have been trying different kinds of exercises now for a couple of months but am not seeing any results, I feel dizzy and tired all the time and I think it's because I am not eating enough, because I was eating VERY small portions during my weight loss it has stuck with me and with what I have read around I think I should consume more food, I am overwhelmed with the amount of info there is and am just dumbfounded really. I am hoping that I could get some guidance here because I am thinking my problem is in the food department, thx in advance.
