I am going to do this program for 6wks, and will be using the 4x/wk protocol. I had been more focused on losing weight, but got down lower than I had planned on due to the heat and humidity killing my appetite. I will be using this program and some AtLarge supplements (Opticen, Results, ETS) to get my weight back up. I will post up tonights workout after I get home from work.
Right now my weight is 290lbs. During this training cycle, the only supplements I will be using are Opticen, ETS, and Results.
Here are my before pictures (not the greatest pics, had to take them myself with a self-timer on my camera, lol) I will post a pic of my legs later once I get one.

Heavy stuff.
Nice one, take it the bicep held up to the rows?
NickW
08-17-2010, 06:56 PM
Yeah, bicep is fine for the most part. My shoulder hurts, where the tendons (bicep and pec minor) are all balled up, more than my bicep.

actually when I was 365 (before I tore my bicep) I could do 14. This is only the 2nd week I have been able to do any without pain since I tore my bicep.

It is good your not getting anymore pain mate, how long have you been injured for?

tore my bicep, pec minor, and part of my pec in 08. Went back to lifting a lot earlier than I should have, and because of this have had issues with the injuries on and off ever since.

For those of you who don't know who Nick is, he is one of the strongest men in the world. Nick has raw benched well over 600 lbs and deadlifted 850 lbs +.
If HCT-12 works for Nick, it is truly an amazing program due to his pre-existing levels of strength and development.

You don't see those numbers performed very often; very impressive stuff. Glad you liked the program enough to give it a shot. Any questions give me a shout (that goes for anyone else too).

I look forward to that!
And allergy meds are just plain ****ty, when you really suffer from an allergy - can't say I ever found one that worked to combat my hay fever, or at least one that didn't knock me out in the process. Good luck.

Shoulder was hurting today, hurt a lot when I tried doing pullups so I switched to hammer strength pulldowns. The ETS definitely helps with the soreness, but today it was pretty bad.

Nick, do you have access to a safety squat bar? If not, consider getting one with extenders for the handles. It is a Godsend for anyone with bum shoulders.

loving it! I am up to 307lbs, gaining a ton of strength along with the size I am putting on. This is the first workout program in a long time where my muscles have been this sore after every workout. I plan on taking a wk to de-load after I am finished and then doing it again.
Awesome...307lbs...Jesus! You compete?
