Hatred

I have to give it to you fellas. That article reflects what I've been feeling for some time. The internet has become so full of criss-crossing information that I became disenchanted with the whole board experience. Despite my injury I will be working around it the best I can, training naturally and watching my diet very closely. I accepted a new job and started today so I am actually able to reintroduce "routine"back into what "chaos"has ruled for a year almost exactly. The Article was excellent and exactly the type of **** I like to read and absorb.
So, here I am. Again.
Stats for all the new faces.
I just turned 30, 6'0, 235lbs at 11-13%, been lifting for 7 years have had one shoulder surgery, a pit bull and sunsets anger me.
Here is my Session for the day. Four Day split.

Here's the Diet:
I figured my maintenance to be 14.3 cals per lb bw when I was working with Greg. Using this figure and a slow clean bulk I have my cals set at 3432 or 3400.
