I have to give it to you fellas. That article reflects what I've been feeling for some time. The internet has become so full of criss-crossing information that I became disenchanted with the whole board experience. Despite my injury I will be working around it the best I can, training naturally and watching my diet very closely. I accepted a new job and started today so I am actually able to reintroduce "routine"back into what "chaos"has ruled for a year almost exactly. The Article was excellent and exactly the type of **** I like to read and absorb.
So, here I am. Again.
Stats for all the new faces.
I just turned 30, 6'0, 235lbs at 11-13%, been lifting for 7 years have had one shoulder surgery, a pit bull and sunsets anger me.
Here is my Session for the day. Four Day split.

Here's the Diet:

I figured my maintenance to be 14.3 cals per lb bw when I was working with Greg. Using this figure and a slow clean bulk I have my cals set at 3432 or 3400.

Day Two.
OFF

50 min of Cardio split between an elliptical and a recumbant.
There was a very entertaining class going on in the group X room. Apparently it was the "Basketball Dance Squad"class, I have to tell you; it was incredible. Between all the hotties and the notties not ONE of them was wearing headphones....but they were listening to all different kinds of music at the same time apparently...amazing.

Here's the diet; which I'm ****ing pissed about! The diet is the same everyday so you arent missing much. what you are I will fill you in on. I realized something while I was at work starving my balls off. ( I'm not cutting) While I was training with Greg Atoyan I was sleeping considerably more and a lot less active. I'd wake up at ten or eleven, go to work at noon, work til eight, go home screw around and go back to bed. (I was broke and boring) Now I am waking up at 6, am more active, and am going to bed at around midnight. After a few days of solid routine my body is already giving me a thumbs up. I've been waking up 5 minutes before the alarm and jumping right up and getting to it, I feel better and even my dog appreciates the schedule. I digress; I don't feel I've allowed enough calories to do a slow bulk using my old figures. Common sense and my hunger dictate this in my mind but I'd love to hear someone chime in.
Anyhow I had a moment of I'll fit it in" weakness" and had a chicken sandwich and fries. Oops 700 cals. I fit it in but didnt get to enjoy my chicken

Not sure if you're still checking in but I'm glad the article resonated with you - that was the whole aim. Any questions let me know and good luck.
