Um...bread+tuna+mayo? with a little onion powder/salt/pepper?
Or toasted bread+tuna+cottage cheese?

Tried it with balsamic vinegar once. Covered the taste of the tuna at least...

I used to put some salsa with my tuna in sandwiches, or even just in a bowl, until I stopped eating tomatoes...

the salsa did a good job of cutting down the tuna flavour

Hold your nose and guzzle water after every bite - not only does it cut down on the tuna flavor but reduces calories from all the extras as well! :o

Sugar free thousand island or french dressing works pretty well, you could always go with mayo and relish.

Green onions, relish (try different types), vinegar, hot sauce (Red Hot is my fav brand).
