I am finishing up my 20th week of the Texas Method next week. It has been amazing and I've never been stronger and I'm in my 30s. Should I continue with it if I'm still adding weight to the bar every week? Or should I look onto something else?

Thanks

I would say take a deload week or take a week off and keep going until you stall. Even after that you could reset the weights and work back up. I just started the TM 2 weeks ago after using an upper/lower split for over a year. If you do not want to do the TM any more and feel your not getting enough recovery I would suggest Jim Windlers 5/3/1 routine.

ELmx hit it on the spot. If you are feeling beat up, take a deload week, hit the weights where you left off, and keep on going.

I wouldnt jump to something like 5-3-1 just yet. If you are making week to week gains in all your lifts then by all means stick with it. Switch up assistance if you are getting bored. 5-3-1 is a great program but its monthly progression so if you can progress faster on TM then do it.

Just out of curiosity can you outline your workout schedule??

If you continue to make progress there is no reason to switch programs unless you are becoming bored with the current routine.

Some other popular programs that you may want to look at are 5x5, HCT-12, 5/3/1, DC Training, etc.

I'll echo what Tom said, there's no reason to change if you're progressing.
