Hi,
I weigh 180 pound and am at 20 percent bf. I am following a cutting diet that allows for 0.5 gm of Carbs 4 times a week and 0.8 gmsof carbs 3 times a week. This gives us about 72 gms of carbs ( 288 Cals) and 115.2gms (460 cals) . I want to goet lean NOT thin.The diet was in Hugo Rivera's book.
Protein comes in at 1.5 gms / pound ( 216gms, 864cals )and fat at 0.3 gms/ pound (43.2gms, 388.8) . The total intake on a low carb day is 1540 and on a medium carb day its 1712.
Am i doing this right ? I am a bit worried. I have a fitness scale that shows my bf increasing, water volume and muscle mass decreasing....Whats going on ??
