Ok so I am cooking about $300 worth of Baby Backs today for a Toga Party this evening. I'm doing an apple marinade with an applesauce baste while its cooking, using honey soaked apple chips on the coals.

Marinade:
Apple Cider
Honey
Brown Sugar
Garlic and Sea Salt

Soaking for about 7 1/2 hours.

Baste:
Apple Sauce
Brown Sugar
Jack Daniels Hickory Brown Sugar Sauce
Dash of honey, garlic, and onion

I will be cooking them on five grills in starting in about 30 minutes. Should take about 3 - 4 hours to cook with the heat low. At the end, they will be layed in big pans and soaked in unholy amounts of Jack Daniels Hickory Sauce from the baste. I'll be taking pictures so expect to see those by the end of the night :evillaugh:

Apple ribs recipe is my favourite food. I am adding sugar in stand of honey, which is takes time to convert in liquid. Yesterday I mad Apple ribs with honey, its test was so delicious and my family member like it so much.

Call me crazy but I think adding a little bit of coke to my barbeque sauces tastes great. You have to make sure not to water it down too much though.
