i had surgery about 3 weeks ago on my ankle. they had to remove some bone and clean it up in there of bone fragments.
im still going to the gym obviously and doing upper body 2 days a week. ive been follwing 5/3/1 for about 6 months now, so i do bench and overhead press. now i dont want to completely leave out legs it is driving me nuts not squatting or deadlifting.
should i just go with leg extensions and leg curls until i can squat and deadlift again? i can do 45 degree hypers too, since it doesnt have a lot of stress on my ankle. just looking for some advice.
