I've been bulking for a few months and am looking to start cutting in a week or two. I haven't had a week off in a while so was thinking that might be a good thing to do.

My question is, would it be best do continue eating my bulking calories on the week off or start eating my cutting calories?

I would probably eat at maintenance level.

If you plan to keep bulking after the week off, I'd just stay consistant.

Thanks Tom. I don't really know my maintenance (rough idea) so that might be a good chance to get a closer idea

For one week? It doesn't really matter. You won't gain or lose anything significant during that time. Do whatever the hell you want.
