right now Elitefts is having an awesome sale on their bands. problem is i just dont know which ones to buy?

im not an advanced lifter by any means, but i think these are a great tool to use to get there. i will mainly use these for deadlifting, and rehab/deloading. i lift raw.

my max lifts are:
squat 380x1
bench 250x1
deadlift 405x1

if someone could help me choose which ones to get that would be greatly appreciated.

A set of minibands is really useful. After that I would get a set of light bands.

I think the "short" bands are pretty cool, but you can do more things with the normal length bands.

good thing you got the mini bands cause i was gonna vote to get those. light bands for your ME days would be ideal too at that weight.

I woulda said Minis, monster mini's, and lights.
Mini's are great for rotator work. I use monsters for bench and lights for squat and dl.

Do you have a band platform or way to anchor them in a power rack / etc.?

If not then I would suggest short bands for deadlifting since you can simply stand on them to pull against the bands. The orange bands would probably be the best for someone with a 405 lbs max deadlift.

The cool thing about this sale is that the more pairs you buy, the bigger discount you get. My numbers are similar to yours, I got 3 pairs of the cheapest short/mini bands and 2 pairs of the longer light bands. It ended up being about 50 bucks with 50 bucks saved, because when you get 5 pairs you get 52% off. I tried a bunch've different ways to get teh best deal, but buying 5 pairs ended up being the best way to go.
