Do they make a difference at all, really? When I started losing weight I changed my bread to Nature's Own 100% whole grain bread and I've been trying to intake about 60g of whole grain a day since then. I guess it helped, as one of a dozen things I did to lose weight, but the cereal boxes say it's more for heart health. So does anyone have experience with the actual benefits?...
