Video is self explanatory. Great piece of kit. Will be attempting max effort on these at some point. Need to be hitting 200kg (441lbs) as this is usually the heaviest stone at a regular strongman meet (correct me if im wrong, this is the info i have). Ideally, will try to find a platform to place the 'stone' on. But for anyone training strongman i strongly advise this if you cant get stones. In the US you can get the elite stone trainer here (http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?m=PD&pid=2640). In the UK (like me), i just combined a deadlift pin (http://www.atlasstones.co.uk/3.html) with a bulldog clip (http://www.gymratz.co.uk/olympic-bulldog-clamps). The guy who makes the deadlift pins does them on request i believe (its not mine).

Cheers

Cool, that looks awesome. I might have to get one of the elite stone trainers. I'm not sure how I'm going to train stones during the winter ( I get 100+ of snow every winter in my back yard ).

I would recommend a sandbag or keg if you are looking for something that will have carryover to stones.

If you get that much snow you could always just make some big snow balls and lift those... might make for a pretty cool video!
