Just signed up to this forum because I need diet/excercise tips. I was an offensive tackle for four years, I have been off for about a year now. Playing football made me...big. I want to drop 25 lbs. I am a full time student and im at home when I sleep so cooking big meal plans are hard for me. I just need simple instructions (thats why I was a linemen). What do you reccomend I do for a diet? As for lifting, I think I have the workouts covered, but if im looking to tone up how many sets/reps should I be doing?
