After seeing the video I probably couldve kept my butt down longer. I was going for 500 but only got 500 up to my knees.

Thanks guys. My head wasn't in it I tried 500 and failed so I went for 475 and failed then did this and got it then tried 500 2 more times. Just nerves I think. But to 500 I think I'm going to start training with speed in mind. Just always try to do every rep as fast as possible, which is something I've lacked as the weigh has gotten heavier.

lol thanks I have been squatting seriously for almost 3 years now. Just started doing front squats, my quads need a little help.

Need to work on your lockout mate, get some glutes going there.

what do you mean? have my knees completely locked out? I was completely upright, I had my lifting buddies call it.
