I've just started working out about two months ago so I'm quite the noob at it. I work out with my friend Bassist-Dude who's been working out for a few years now and therefor has more experience than me. He helps me with me make my form better. I'm almost 17 years old, 6'5 and about 170 lbs.
This is today's workout.
Box Squats(to parallel): 110 lbs 3 x 5 ~New PR
Bench press: 100 lbs 2 x 5/1 x 4/1 x 3 ~Kinda pissed I didn't quite make 3 x 5
Deadlift: 135 lbs 1 x 5
145 lbs 1 x 5
150 lbs 1 x 5
And that ends my journal. Any advice or encouragement is welcome!

I forgot to wirte my journal yesterday after my work but I remembered today so here it is.
Didn't eat a lot throughout the day before the workout and was feeling a bit tired.
Box Squats: 115 lbs 3 x 5 ~PR
Overhead Press: 75 lbs 3 x 5 ~PR
Rows: 110 lbs 3 x 5 lbs

Forgot to write my journal for quite a few of my past workouts but I had a lot of PRs in those workouts.
Box Squats:140lbs 3x5 ~PR
Bench Press:110lbs 1x5,1x3 (had leg and back cramps during this set) 95lbs 1x8
Deadlift:190lbs 1x5 ~PR

Forgot again to journal from last workout but thankfully I can still remember it.
Overhead Press:85lbs 5 x 3 ~PR
Rows:115 lbs 5 x 3
Did 3 chinups
Planks:With 25bls on my back 1:00min x 2, 1:30 x 1
Box Squats:140lbs 5 x 3
Bench Press:115lbs 5 x 1, 3 x 1, 110 lbs 5 x 1 ~ PR I moved my grip in a little bit today and it made everything a little easier and a lot more stable
Deadlifts:200lbs 5 x 3 ~ PR
Can't go wrong so long as you get into the gym consistently and have a fairly reasonable diet.
It would be a good idea for you to experiment with whey protein, gainers and other such supplements to see if they help you fill out your huge 6'5 frame.
If you keep at it, I would imagine you'd get a lot of attention whether you want it or not.

Thanks! I do have some whey protein that I throw in my smoothies after workouts. I also eat a lot of eggs, meat and peanutbutter to get lots of protein.
