View Full Version : overkill shirt sleeves

brand new shirt and the sleeves are very tight. i get them about 3" up my forearms. anybody have the same problem? i currently have soccer balls inflated in the sleeves. how long should i keep them in? any other tips? shirt sleeves dont seem to slide very well on this material. i have never had it on.

Rudy usually takes a forearm measurement to ensure this doesn't happen. Are your forearms bigger
than your biceps?? If so, some sleeve slippers will allow you to slide it up until it "pops" onto your elbow
joint. But geting it off will be a bitch.

Rudy tends to make things small vs. what you expect. My first shirt had to be redone, and my second
took probably 20 workouts to get it broken in where I wanted it. it could be just made wrong, ask him
to check the sizing he cut the shirt with.
