Its been 7 days since I began my new diet, I weighted 211.6 @5ft3, now I weight 211. I been following it great I get about 65g fat,160-200carbs and 250 pro but my sodium is bit high 3500. I feel like I should of loss about 2lbs, can anyone see a problem with my diet?

Thanks

Wait two weeks and stop looking solely at the scale. Your weight will fluctuate due to water and other factors. Take pictures at the same time of day if you want to monitor progress, or better yet, get your BF tested. And drink more water.

And youre better off taking it slow...that last thing you want to do is crash your metabolism and be stuck. If youre 211lbs and only eating 2300 cals a day thats not much food at all.

Be patient. If after 2-3 weeks things stall do a bit more cardio. Then maybe take out one pro/carb meal for a pro/fat meal 2 weeks or so after that.

You didnt put the fat on overnight, dont expect to lose it overnight.

I find that the most accurate way to track weight is by weighing yourself once a week, just after you wake up and take a leak... and x2 for ehopkins932's suggestions^^

Please don't mistake my bluntness for rudeness. Whenever someone says "about" when listing their numbers it generally means they are guessing.
