Decided to start a new journal after slacking off for a long time. ThomasG kept bugging me so here it is.

Weighed myself this morning for the first time since October. Was 198-199lbs in October. Weighed in at a scary 232lbs this morning. I was expecting 215-220. Eekk. I'm fat.

Horizontal Push/Pull and yoga tonight.

Have a pulled trap or something. Did it military pressing lasy week. Sitting at my desk icing it down.

Goals would be to get back to 200-205, and get my big 3 back up. Use to deadlift a lot, now I can barely do it. Use to squat a bunch, now my hips cry when I do it.

HS Isolateral Row

Some curls, some tricep extensions to finish it off. Bench was strong. Hour of Yoga after lifting.

Morning weight 231.7lbs
Tonight is heavier leg day. Maybe some racquetball with a girl. I bet I could see 225lbs by the end of the week if I go low carb and deplete down. Trying to fight the urge to eat everything in site. Nom nom nom.

Thomas, Yah, bench is up a bit. My shoulder seems to be feeling better and better. Normally it bugs me but for the past month it has been feeling great. I also started doing a lot more tricep work which I think it bringing my bench up.

Cocoa, thanks for the support. If I stick to it I know I'll be better then ever soon enough.

Weighed in at 230.9 this morning. Weight is coming down which is good. Would like to get down to 220 by the end of October.

Need to work on grip. Was doing double overhand, no chalk. Strength was great but grip didn't like the higher reps.

Hips felt fine. Did a lot of warm up work and really loosened them up before hand. I think I just need to focus on doing that before every lower body session.

I know I have too now. Hips take an extra amount of warming up for me. I've injured both hip flexors now lol.

Nice volume on the incline press. I love Narrow lat pulls.

Bench is up which is nice. May move on to 225 next week.

wtf you're already pulling 295 for reps on sumo? Isn't that your 3rd time pulling sumo or something around that? How's your recovery with sumo compared to Conv?

Recovery sucks. I felt like I beat with a 2x4 the next day. Forgot my chaulk or I would have pulled more.

Been eating more then I should, but ohh well.
