I know this is pathetic compared to the 1000lb squat thats been posted but hey. Im pleased with it. Dont usually train ass to grass so thought id give it a go. I always squat raw apart from a belt occasionally (never tried knee wraps or a suit and always go bare feet). My squat to a 17.5inch bench is 250kg (551lbs) and squat to parallel (similar depth as the bench squat but no pause) is 270kg (595lbs).
So here goes: This was a pb as id not done them before:

The 200kg (440lb) is a bit slow but i sort the technique out on the others and although the 220kg (485lb) is also slow i feel my technique was good and back is straight. Im dropping till i hit the bottom, hammys hit calves and i go back up. Love going deep. Love squatting.
