Hey guys! I dont do them for competition, but I am always impressed by shear weight that people can lift!
So, please post you max lifts!! Be honest and Proud!!! Let everyone see what you can do!

Not very impressive, but here are mine! sheesh guys, I dont train powerlifting! haha, you powerlifters are CRAZY!!! Impressive non the less!!!

Squat - 600

Dead Lift - 600

Bench Press - 375

I have a much stronger lower body and back then i do upper body! lol

Josh, you probably won't get as much of a response here as you might expect partially because we have some of the strongest men in the world frequenting this forum. In other words, people probably feel like their lifts would pale in comparison etc.

955 squat

705 bench

650 deadlift

Best raw (actually in comp):

650 squat (2009)

402 bench (2009)

600 deadlift (2007)

Josh, you probably won't get as much of a response here as you might expect partially because we have some of the strongest men in the world frequenting this forum. In other words, people probably feel like their lifts would pale in comparison etc.

Amen to that! I am the strongest person at my local gym, but I do less than half of some of the people on here haha!

Some of us are strong compared to the general public, but weak compared to some of the monsters on this forum Very humbling yet inspirational.

At 178 pounds:

Bench: 315
Squat: 405
Dead: 455

I expect those all to be a bit higher this time around. Me = weakling :laugh:

Hey Chris! Thats ok, I really enjoy seeing the numbers that people can push! Wether the strongest post or less, it will hopefully give some a little extra ump seeing some high numbers and help them push a little harder!!!!

I get motiviated that way, i see some of the pros or other guys physiques and am like DANG!! I want a back like that, and it forces me to push harder on my back training!

So, whatever gets posted here is awesome! the guys that have posted thus far are pushing some serious weight!!!! Awesome work!!!

320 bench (havent maxed in over a year), 500 squat and deadlift all raw. I did do 315 front squat 3 times a week ago. I'm looking for 405 for 10 reps on front squat at some point.

Equipped Meet Lifts @ 148 lbs

Squat - 424 lbs
Bench - 226 lbs
Deadlift - 413 lbs

Aiming for a 3X bodyweight squat and a APF WR M2 bench in Finland.

I guess I'll play....

These are done in single ply equipment @ SHW.

Meet lifts:
squat: 855
bench: 675 (bench only 640)
then I bombed in that meet on the deadlift....
deadlift: 5something... not happy about deadlifts..

Gym lifts:
squat (with reverse light bands): 1060 ---I rarely work to a true squat max in training unless I'm using specialty bars. I'll use chain or bands in some form on the straight bar most of the time to, so those numbers are a big skewed.
Bench: 715
deadlift: not enough....

From my meet on 9/11. BW was 216. Squat-520 lbs, deadlift-600 lbs, bench-255 lbs. Want t forget that bench, as more has been done in the gym. The only ones which count though are those done on the platform.

Jumpin, you guys are freaking animals!!!!!!! I know bodybuilders and powerlifters train different and most dont appreciate what the other does, but let me tell you! You guys are impressive!!!!!! I mean really!!! a 700lb, 800lb, 900lb, 1,000lb squat? Geez!!!! Benchs over 400lbs!!!! Deads over 600lbs!!! beyond human is what all of you are that posted on here!!

I'm still an amateur only been lifting for 3 years but here are my numbers:

Raw
Bench 495
Deadlift 600

Equipped
Bench 620 (single ply)
DL 700-725 range. Haven't tested equipped in a while.

I probably have the lowest here, so don't hate, I'm only 18...

Bench: 385
Squat: 415 (I'm adjusting my form [going ATG now], so it might be down to 350 now...torn both ACLs past 2 years)
Deadlift: 405 (again, adjusting my form, so might be around 350)

Very small lifts compared to others but why not :)

Around 170lbs
Deadlift 365

Bench 225- I'm sure I could go higher haven't tested in a while.

Sure, I'll play....

I just took my first run at 1003 at Seniors.... fell forward the first time, fell back the second. Just wasn't my day.... ended with a 920 opener, not my best in a meet.

Felt like I could have smashed the 705 bench I put up at state, but I popped something in my wrist on my 650 opener ( still pressed it) so I had to shut it down for the day..... Personal bests are in the signature though......

I only lift RAW and its not really impressive but here they are...

Bench- 385(theres more in me but I attempted 405 but just barely couldnt lock it out)
deadlift- 445
Squat- 355 My form is horrible (i lean forward too much and end up having to go super low to break parrallel.)

This is all at 220lbs 24y/o
