I know more people come in here than the video and picture section, so wanted to put these up. 520 lb squat and 600 lb deadlift in the 220 lb class from 9/11. Just got around to putting these videos on youtube. Very happy with these and should build on them when I can start training again after Christmas.

Great work gutting it out on the squat! Your deadlift looked easy.

No question about depth there. Nice squat!

Thanks guys. I had some others comment about the dl looking easy, so that is good to hear.

Great lifts Joey! Stop making us look bad by going so deep on that squat, haha.

Thanks Chris. That is how I always squat, so can't really change it up. Just works for me I guess.

Have you guys seen Andy Ruse? He is a raw lifter and squats much deepr than I do, and is much stronger. I am going to post his meet here to, because was impressive to me. Don't think he will mind one bit. He was a member here, but don't think he posted much. Check out some of his training vids too.

Here is one of his training vids.

Yea but he squats olympic style and you squat low bar and sit back. I think it is much harder to squat deep with your style than his. I remember him coming here and posting that 20 rep video. That was pretty sick!

Hook grip on deadlifts! Great lifting!

Buried that squat and the DL looked like you had a bit more in you. Great work!
