Which ones have the best properties? Which have the poorest?

i would say walnuts and macadamia are the best. Walnuts have vit E and good fat, same with macas

I would say peanuts are the poorest, but they are not a nut, but a legume

I've been eating 1/2 - 3/4 cup servings of mixed including: cashews, almonds, walnuts, some large nut - no idea what it is but it's tastly, and a small nut with the same story as the big one. No peanuts in the mix and they're unsalted.

dude take a chill pill. There's nothing wrong with peanuts except they are not a nut. He was asking about nuts.

In terms of nutrition and fats walnuts are superior but peanuts are fine! lol
