Meet is 3 weeks out now workout wise. Openers next week, then 2 deloads. hoping to go 2000 plus finally.

I read the title wrong and wondered why the **** you would do 710 for 4 and 705 for 3 in the deadlift. But no I see I got it wrong.

Great lifts. Really strong. What are your openers and you goals in each lift if you're willing to share?

Ideally I would like to go 775 500 760. But to be honest 2000 plus is the over all goal.

For the squat and pull I may have a few pounds extra but after this long year of Rehab after tearing my shoulder up on my bench hitting 500 in a meet again will be great for me. I'll probably shed a tear or two as it has been a long painful road back to old numbers

I know you are a big advocate of 5-3-1 for your raw stuff... How do you set it up so that you are "peaked" for a raw meet?

I know you are a big advocate of 5-3-1 for your raw stuff... How do you set it up so that you are "peaked" for a raw meet?

I switc things up 4-8 weeks out. This meet I just rolled with 531 up to to 4 week out then basically hit a heavy triple 4 week out, then opener 3 weeks out then I deload for 2 weeks.
