Hey guys, been on my diet for a few weeks now with moderate changes, but I have a question.

This is my typical day :

06:15 - small bowl of plain oatmeal, protein powder + water (had to ditch milk, can't handle the sugars)
09:00 - 2 pieces of different fruit (this week : 1 banana + 1 kiwi)
12:00 - 1 Can of tuna, 2 pieces of whole grain bread
---------- This is the time frame I need help ----------
15:00 - 1 banana (Pre-workout)
16:30 - Protein powder + water (post weights)
18:00 - 1/2 stalk broccoli, 1 sweet potato (These things are big), and meat (I alternate between pork tenderloin, salmon, and turkey breasts on a weekly cycle)
20:00 - 150g Cottage cheese

I workout from 15:15 - 16:15 (weights), and then 16:30 - 17:30 (cardio with longer breaks between).

I am curious if I can ditch the pre-workout banana and have a bowl of oatmeal at 15:00, and then push my workout back a little bit to 15:30.

Not sure if that all makes sense or not.

What is your reasoning for wanting to do this?
