I have been training for about 2 years, and I'm 6'3" and about 185 lbs. Before I started training I was about 130 pounds so I've put on a good amount of mass but I'd like to get cut up a bit now. I would guess that I'm about 18% bodyfat and I'd like to get to 10-12% before I start bulking again. Any thoughts on this diet I am about to start would be helpful!
