Gentlemen in his mid 50s, successful in his carrer, married with 2 kids who have both finished college. I spot him today with a very attractive young Korean lady. (Maybe in her early 20s)
I see him later in the day, and I go "What's up with the new girl?'
He goes "O that's my enjoy girlfriend" basically he is banging her on the side, his wife most likely is aware of this as well. I went "O really?" he goes "yea"
I go "So how does that work"
Here's what he does (and apparently has been doing it for 10 yrs)
In Korea you got a system called key money. You put a large deposit down on a house and you live rent free, your basically paying 75-80% of the value the landlord invests it. When the lease is over you get your money back.
What he does is he takes his nice car (he has a really suped up unique one) down to the university and hangs out. Of course he has money and Korean girls can see this from a mile away.
He'll pick one up and date her for a few weeks if he likes her he'll offer her an apartment. They'll of course say yes, he'll play the "wanna move out of your parents house card"
They'll agree and he'll rent them 1 bedroom apartment in some decent highraise apartment or ville. Sounds expensive?? Actually it free. He gives the place $50,000 cash on a 1 yr lease normally. The girl lives there for 1 yr she moves out and he gets the money back.
During this time he is basically having sex with her whenever he pleases.
I asked him how he keeps it all hidden and he's like "Pulled out $50,000 10 yrs ago told my wife it was an investment in the states. I've been using the same $50,000 for the past 10 yrs she has no idea"
And i'm just like "wow, wtf"
I go "doesn't your wife know this" he goes "She has an idea I'm doing it, but it's a part of the culture and so common she just turns a blind eye"
Crazy, BTW the guy said he used to go to places where he paid for the services. Said he looked at the day cost and discovered this way was cheaper.
