I swear not one exercise I do activates my raer delt. I feel it in my rhomboids and rotator cuff muscles but I can't feel anything in my rear delts. As a result, they are lagging and I'm really trying to establish a thick upper back My traps are fine.
What are some good exercises to strengthen/beef up the rear delts?

I always feel back movements in the rear delts so maybe I'm no help but:
Row variations
Facepull variations
Pull-up/ pull-down variations
Band pull-aparts
Bent over raises

All the above listed but try Reverse Pec Deck for the rear delts. If you're solely worried about hypertrophy, machines always find a nice niche

I like this with 10 sets of 10 with only 10 seconds rest in between sets.
Fries the Rear delts.

Did back yesterday, took the suggestions and now my rear delts are fired. Thanks guys. Turns out it was a rotator problem. Warmed up my rotators properly yesterday and I could really feel it in the rear delts
