I have cut milk out this week and have immediately noticed really improved energy levels.
For years I have felt really lethargic possibly even anxious at times. Is it possible for cows milk to cause this?
Anyone else experience this?
Obviously milk is often cut out due to digestive problems etc.but I have never felt bloated etc.
but I feel better overall. I still eat natural/greek yoghurt and some cheese.
Started looking into milk substitutes-rice,almond, lactose free etc.
Rice, almond etc. I do not think are viable due to budget. What about the lactose free?
Also quick question about chocolate milk. Obviously well praised for post workout but is say a 500ml serving enough.I bought some, it has 4 g protein per 100ml. I weigh 185lbs. About 50g of protein post workout is the figure I usually see for this bodyweight.
