Which do you use and how often? Does it change from ME Lower to ME Upper?

its all about variety. and for those working up to a meet its a little bit more precise.

Yes use them all................I love doubles and do well of them but true max effort is a MAX single.
Heavy triples are much more TUT than singles so they are a good option if you are trying to gain weight.

I work up in 3's until I hit a max triple and then keep moving up in singles until I hit a PR/max there. The only exception for me is good mornings, for those I work up in triples and hit a max there but I don't work up in singles afterwards.
This seems on par with everything I've read from Louie/Westside, ME pretty much means a max single with good mornings being the primary exception. I've read a lot of lifters say they don't do GM's for max singles anymore. I also read Jim Wendler say if he could do it over again, he never would have used them for singles and only worked up to a max triple.

I would do them all just to change things up.
