well, not minute but month. Meet is coming up Dec 5 and that leaves me 3 ME bench sessions and 4 ME pulling sessions (3 after tomorrows workout). I originally wanted to compete equipped but things didn't workout. So I'm just going to compete to support a local PL gym (where my buddy trains) and because its close to home. Not looking to break records, just want to break PR's and get a good workout in with a bunch of strong lifters. Here's the planned weeks and tell me what you would change, if any.
BENCH - light bands for triples (full range), 2-brd for doubles, then full range (up to opener)
SUMO DEADLIFT - light bands for doubles, rack pulls for triples, DE speed pulls conventional, straight weight (up to opener)
