Ok, I'm doing a CKD and now I do cardio 3 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach w/ 5 grams of glutamine 30 minutes before. I keep my cardio sessions to 40 minutes of brisk walking followed by a period of waiting 30 minutes before I ate my first meal of the day. I was wondering if there would still be a real big loss of muscle if I bumped it up to 6 days a week even though I use glutamine before I head out..

The reason why many individuals do cardio in the morning is because their glycogen levels are very low yet your glycogen levels are kept very low all day long because you re on keto.
Eat something before cardio..
