Healthy Choice Roasted Chicken Meal-280 calories 28/8/18
HamSandwich Whole wheat bread- 200 calories 20/2/10
Whole Wheat Cereal with 1% milk-210 50/2/18
String Cheese- 60 calories 0/3/6
6 ounce chicken breast cooked- 310 calories 0/13/47
3 slices of healthy choice turkey breast- 180 calories 0/3/15

Total Calories Approximate- 1300
Carbs- 110 grams
Fat- 35 grams
Protein- 120 grams

Is this to high in carbs or not and the exact calories arent 1300 more like 1500 and im trying to cut if this good or not

Im not a diet expert so dont take what i say as the 'final word'. I'll just point some things out that i notice and would probally change if it was 'my diet'. I'd probally cut out the string cheese and try to find something else. Try to work in some tuna in your diet, i find it to actually better serve my daily dieting purposes better than chicken and its generally dirt cheap. 1300 a day for calories is a bit low..i'd boost that up to atleast like 1800. Alot of those Packaged meats like ham & turkey are very high in sodium and (someone correct me if im wrong here) will cause you to retain water. Search around a bit, you'll find alot of good info.

I dont know, I recently cut on 1800 cals. He could just be a smaller dude like meself.

I wear a boys size 14 shirt.



I'm kind of a small guy...

hrrm.. looks something like a 40/40/20 diet.. id uppen the calories a lil.. i recently set my diet out to 2100 calories.. then after a few days relised i coudlnt stomic all the food, so i substituted a meal for whey.. now im around 1900 calories.. id take it up a lil and see how it goes.. evrybody is different..

No less that 1700 calories. In the very least have 1700 cals..

Also increase your fat consumption. Have a salad with some olive oil as well as a tablespoon of flax seed oil, or eat salmon 2-3 days/week.
Furthermore,I will tell you again the same thing: Eat more, and especially don't restrict your carb consumption so much.
Finally eat veggies...

well im eating 1400 cals because my miantenance is 1800 and im tryin to eat less carbs so i wont get fat

with my new diet i eat 1250cals...and I've already lost 6lbs in 1,5week...

is any of that weight from fat or just water
