I recently made up a new diet. I am 148 lbs and have about 6-7% bodyfat. Instead of writing out every meal I will just give the totals.
Total Calories = 3,494
Total Grams of Fat = 79g
Total Grams of Protein = 247.5g
Total Grams of Carbs. = 443.5g
What does everybody think?
