Been a while since I've had a chance to post. Made it to a meet this past weekend. Despite being sick and losing 10 pounds I done okay. I was aiming for a 700+ deadlift and a 620 bench but my #'s were still meet PR's. I am now ranked NASA's #1 push/pull lifter by coefficient. I weighed in at 251 that morning. See if the video will work.

Would be great if someone could teach me how to embed.

Nice looking lifts! That's definitely something to be proud of!

What bench shirt are you wearing and what size? (we are a similar size so I'm curious).

It is the Titan Super Katana with the Super neck I think Ken calls it. It is single ply shirt. My chest measures 50" and the shirt is a size 50. It is a little loose I can get it on and take off by myself, takes me a little bit but I can do it. My raw bench is around 515 right now so I get around 100 pounds out of it without jacking the collar. If I could learn to use the neck I think 150 pounds is very attainable with this shirt.
