definitely more than 1/2 but they were a little high

no hands impressed me either way though

look people, i know they were little high. im a wide stance squatter. ive been doing these close stancesquats for about 3 weeks. ROM is a lot longer, so sometimes it is difficult to hit depth. geez.

350 lb no handed squat? i wouldnt care if he had only gone down half an inch, its still awesome! i couldnt even imagine what thats like to balance the bar there without hands. nice lifting!
