Alot of people tell me b4 training a cup of coffee is not bad to help u cut. Is coffee bad or good for people wanting to be big and ripped????? plz hlp:confused:

No,it isn't.. It will slightly increase your temperature (incease in metabolism),it will act as a mild diuretic and finally it will give you the impression that you can lift more weight. (stimulant)

of course, coffee can easily escalate into a dangerous addiction, rivalling only crack cocaine in its insidious grip on your habits

If ya can, try some green tea instead of coffee... ya still get some caffiene in you, but it's a little healthier... some say the tea also has other health benefits like antioxidants, etc.

in either case, forgo cream and sugar if you want to drink them . . . no need to throw in extra lipids and sugars if you're planning to get 'big and ripped'

coffe and green tea are ace in my book. and to kill that sweet tooth i add some stevia, stuff is great!! im actually drinking some green tea w/stevia right now!!

cheers guys. I think ill still drink coffee but not an excesive amount
