We're excited to announce that we launched a new supplement today - BCAA+ (http://atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php?products_id=52)

BCAA+ contains the branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) leucine, isoleucine, and valine plus the amino acid glutamine.

Each of these ingredients can significantly improve your training results. Direct effects include (but are not limited to):

improved response to training (i.e. bigger and stronger muscles)
faster recovery
reduced muscular soreness

Oh and it tastes great and mixes really well (which is actually uncommon for BCAA powder mixes).

Is this a post workout drink? During? Before? I am just getting back into working out and like the reduced recovery time.

Thats a good question and something we should have made a little clearer on the label to be honest.

Most people tend to take pre workout or over an extended period of time (pre, during and after). We are going update the recommended use section on the website ASAP to say that!

I have seen some post supplements that have BCAA's, Creatine, and Beta Alanine in them, is there anything wrong with mixing BCAAs and Results for use as a intra and/or post drink?

Not at all. I would take BCAA+ prior to training and RESULTS immediately after (yes, I know that contradicts what the label says, but remember, I wrote the label :)).

Just got my BCAA+ yesterday and drank it before my workout. I obviously can't comment on the performance yet but the taste is excellent! I was surprised because grape isn't normally my thing.

It mixed well and tasted great. I will comment in about 2 weeks to report how my body is responding to it.

I just got my BCAA+ and I had a question too about when to take it pre-workout. Is there a certain time before your workout that it should be taken, like right before, 30 mins, ect.? This is my first experience with BCAA+'s so I can't comment on comparing this to other products, but I will say it mixed well and tasted good as well.
