Eaton Barbell member Craig Smith hitting some front squats up to 520. Plus my kid running around in the gym. Craig is a Pro Highland Games Competitor. 300 lbs and one of the most athletic guys I have been around.

lifting straps.. give it a try, wrap the straps around the bar then hold onto the straps, much easier to stay upright and not have to worry about cramping up your wrists or forearms trying to stay in contact with the bar..

Correct--lifting straps. Alot easier way to hold the bar. His PR is 555. He should beat that this winter. Should get a nice PR in the overhead press as well.

The fronts squats were impressive an all but I found the pre-worout warm up nutrition a lot more usefull. Cardio just got better!
