if you regulally consume say 2000 calories a day.. to follow the rules of cutting, you must consume 500 calories less than you normally would.. that means youd have to consume 1500 calories to cut efficiently...
my question is, which of the following options should somebody in this situation choose:
A: consume 1500 calories a day over 5 meals..
or
B: uppen their calories to what is the recomended (normal) range for a cutting diet, 2100-2200
