Well I figured I'd share. Maybe it will motivate me a little more in the future.

First pic is around 175 lbs and not having lifted for awhile.

Next pic is after about 3 months of lifting, weighing about 200 lbs.

Next one is about 215 lbs, maybe 6 months in... on laundry day. :)

This one is after a year of pretty much just standing still, but cutting back to 200 lbs or so.

I can't decide if I want to cut another 10 lbs, stay where I'm at, or try to get up to 230 (got up to 225 or so last time, but I was too fat @ 225). I think I'm leaning towards just keeping my weight where it's at but I'm sure I'll change my mind 100x in the next week.

First of all your looking thick and solid (nice bulk from where you were at 175), It's each to their own but if your after an opinion i'd personally cut 10-15 pounds then clean bulk up to your 225 goal

Definitely thicker. Especially in the arms! I would lean out for summer then start a clean bulk.

I think you guys are right. I'll try to hit 190 then maybe try a clean bulk. I have a question though... can I eat lucky charms and whoppers every day on a clean bulk? Lol.

If by luck charms you mean Oats and splenda and by whoppers you mean a turkey burger on a thin wheat bun then yes!
