What order shall I take them on a training day?

AM - ETS + Multi(Optimen) + Fish oil

Pre workout - BCAA+ or Results?

Post workout - OPticen, BCAA+ or Results?

Dinner - Multi(optimen)

Bedtime - ETS

I would take the BCAA+ and Results pre workout and then Opticen post workout.

Personally I take all my ETS in one go in the morning as I tend to forget late at night.

Chris may have some more suggestions!

I agree with Daniel. I take my ETS in the morning also because I tend to forget also.

Here is how I would use the supplements:


Morning - Results (non-training days), Multivitamin
Pre Workout - Results (training days)
Intra Workout - BCAA+
Post Workout - Opticen
Bedtime - ETS

Notes / Reasoning:
- There is no need to split up the multivitamin into two separate servings or to take two servings.
- The ZMA aspect of the ETS will be most effective when taken at night.
- Timing for Results is not important but in general I like to restrict simple carbohydrates to early in the day or pre/post-workout.
- BCAA's are typically used intra-workout.
- Opticen would be ideal as a stand-alone for post-workout.
