Yesterday when I worked out my friend and I decided to do Leg Extensions.
It wasn't until today that I noticed my hips did not feel as uncomfortable as they usually do.
I was wondering if Leg Extensions involve the hips to a certain extent.
When doing them, I felt a slight pull near the groin towards the hip. Was not sure if it was a nearly pulled muscle, or of those muscles were being involved.
I was also wondering if anyone ever feels that their hips hurt or just feel awkard and if this is because of bad form on squats. Not sure whether it is a muscle disbalance or not that or if a muscular imbalance has anything to do with this.
