I Had My Surgery.

Hey guys! This is with one hand so excuse me! Had the surgery (shoulder hemi-arthroplasty) tuesday. Tuesday was pretty rough. Wed. a little better and much better today so far. Actually feel pretty good after I got up and moving this morning. Came home yesterday afternoon, so it's good to be home. Doc said he's probably going to wait with me in a sling to start therapy for about 6 weeks. My sub-scapula muscle was real tight. Had a tough time stretching it to re-attach it he said. He wants to make very sure it's attached. He said it will take a while to get good range of motion back. Now we just gotta' mind the docs and therapist 'later' and see if everything heals and bounds according to plan!

good luck buddy..!!! im 3 weeks post hernia surgery, so i feel your pain. go slow and be smart (which i know you will). I just started back doing some light lifting a few days ago. I just hope im ready for your meet in APRIL..!!!! Heal fast big guy!!!!

Be sure to do everything the therapist says. Be sure to do the at home exercises as well.
